Online systems, training and financial reports
We are intent on making your accounting and financial reporting process as SIMPLE as possible. To get the information that you need, on an up-to-date basis, shouldn't be that hard. With the use of online systems, training and perhaps our help on a monthly basis it IS possible.
Your Systems
This is always where we start. It may be that your current systems can do the job but your are not sure how to use them in the most efficient way or to their fullest potential. We can do a free health check for you which is undertaken as follows:
- Meet with you to determine what you need out of the figures. You may be happy with a simple monthly report showing the Profit and Loss figures or you may want to know about other Key Performance Indicators (KPI's). Keeping this as simple as possible is always best to avoid getting lost in the numbers but we can guide you in this area.
- Look at your current accounts or management systems and see if they can be used to produce those figures.
- Prepare a report suggesting either; improvements in the use of your current systems, or a more suitable system that will meet your requirements.
Online Systems
We are convinced that there are huge benefits and savings to be made by using online systems to look after the finances and other elements of your business. We have experience in the online systems shown below. The wonderful thing about online systems is that, in most cases, they link up with one another. This means that if you want a CRM (Customer Relationship Manager), an accounts system and a project management system, you can have all 3 but only have to input the main customers information ONCE!

CRM systems
There are many online CRM systems out there and they vary in their functionality from basic (but simple) to more in-depth systems that suit the larger organisations. We like to keep things simple so we would recommend CapsuleCRM.
